1.Receive contact from customer and collect basic contact information.

14.Update and close request ticket.
15.Close incidents with customer agreement.
16.Initiate escalations.
17.Create and maintain the service desk Knowledge base.
18.Provide solutions proactively whenever possible.
19.Prepare all the Service Desk reports required by the management.
